BK2.5 Approval in principle (26/11/2007)

Under all three categories of the Active Investor Migrant Policy, where an application is approved in principle the principal applicant will be required to provide acceptable evidence of having transferred and invested the nominated funds in accordance with the relevant policy requirements of the category under which they have applied, before a residence visa and/or permit is issued.
