BK2.7 Verification (26/11/2007)
  1. Business immigration specialists must be satisfied that all documents provided as evidence are genuine and accurate, and may take any steps they determine necessary to verify such documents and the information they contain.
  2. All documentation provided should be independent and verifiable to a business immigration specialist's satisfaction.
  3. A business immigration specialist may interview, or ask another branch of Immigration New Zealand to interview, the principal applicant in order to determine whether or not the information provided in an application is genuine and accurate.

Note: A business immigration specialist is an immigration officer.
