BK8.25 When the four-year investment period begins (26/11/2007)
  1. If the investment already meets the investment requirements, the four-year investment period begins on the date of the letter of advising approval in principle.
  2. If the investment is made after approval in principle, the four-year investment period will begin on the date the investment requirements are met.
  3. The date the four-year investment period begins is specified in the letter to the successful principal applicant that advises the requirements imposed on their residence visa and/or permit (see BK9.10).
