BI11.25 Process for accepting or refusing a business proposal (04/07/2005)
  1. If consent is given to establish a business then the business immigration specialist must inform the principal applicant in writing of the approval, and begin the process for the withdrawal of part of the investment funds held by the Government.
  2. If the requirements of this policy have not been met the business proposal will be declined and the Government will continue to hold the investment funds.
  3. If the principal applicant does not wish to continue to allow the Government to hold all funds, and does not wish to submit another application for a business proposal, then they may withdraw their funds, and the Department of Labour may revoke their residence visa/permit.
