P4.15 Travel arrangements (26/07/1999)

Return travel to the participants' countries of usual residence (or to some other country to which they have right of entry) must be guaranteed either by:

1. each participant providing fully paid return tickets at the time of applying for a visa; or
2. the New Zealand sponsors giving a written guarantee that they will ensure that participants (and any dependants) will have outward bookings at the end of their stay in New Zealand, regardless of whether they complete the full term of the exchange.
