P4.25 Travel documents (26/07/1999)

1. Participants must hold passports issued by a government recognised by New Zealand.
2. Passports must:
   1. be current for the full period of the intended exchange, and
   2. be current for at least 3 months beyond the intended date of departure from New Zealand, and
   3. confer the right of re-entry to the holder's country of usual residence.
