P4.5 Character (26/07/1999)

1. Participants in exchange schemes must meet the character requirements for temporary entry (see E6.5).
2. Intending participants who have been convicted of any crime, apart from minor traffic offences, must supply full details to the nearest branch of the NZIS or post to verify that they are eligible to enter New Zealand.
