C5.5 Cessation (26/07/1999)

A claimant ceases to have refugee status only after they have been considered to be a refugee under the Inclusion Clauses of the UNHCR Handbook, but subsequently considered to be subject to the Cessation Clauses of Chapter III of the UNHCR Handbook.
