C5.15 Determining exclusion, cessation and cancellation (26/07/1999)

In determining whether to apply to the RSAA under C1.10 (d)(iv), (vii) or (x) (role of refugee status officers), or in deciding whether to make a recommendation under C1.10 (d)(v), (viii), (xi), (xiii) or (xiv) (role of refugee status officers), the RSB must give the claimant concerned the opportunity:

1. to be interviewed, and
2. to comment in writing on the course of action that the RSB is considering and on any prejudicial information it holds.
