Note: - All degrees awarded from 1985 must be endorsed with "Awarded according to the Regulations Concerning Academic Degrees in the People's Republic of China" (中华人民共和国学位条例).
- Award certificates must be provided in their original language for all qualifications. Between 1984 and 1993, both certificates were combined into a single booklet called the “Graduation Certificate”. From 1993, the degree certificate and graduation certificate were separated and students are awarded with two certificates, both the degree certificate and graduation certificate.
- All honorary degrees should be referred to the NZQA for an International Qualification Assessment.
- If any courses leading to the award of one of the qualifications listed above were taken outside of China, including courses which have been cross-credited towards the listed qualifications please refer to the NZQA for an International Qualification Assessment.
- All qualifications awarded after 2011 should be referred to NZQA for an International Qualification Assessment unless an awarding date after 2011 is specifically listed.
