BK4.1 Ability to apply (26/11/2007)

A person may only apply for residence under the General (Active) Investor Category if:

  1. they have been issued with an Invitation to Apply (ITA) under the General (Active) Investor Category; and
  2. they apply for residence under the General (Active) Investor Category within three months of the date of the letter in which that invitation is made; and
  3. that ITA has not been revoked.
