BK4.20 General (Active) Investor Category points system (26/11/2007)

1. Age, business experience and nominated investment funds are assessed using a points system.
2. An application for residence under the General (Active) Investor Category will be declined if a principal applicant does not qualify for the points for business experience and nominated investment funds on the basis of which their Expression of Interest was selected from the Pool, unless BK4.5(c) applies.
