BK4.15 English language requirements (26/11/2007)

1. Principal applicants under the General (Active) Investor Category must meet a minimum standard of English (see BF5.1).
2. Any partner or dependent children aged 16 years and over who are included in a General (Active) Investor Category application must meet a minimum standard of English or pre-purchase ESOL tuition (see BF1.1).
