C4.15 Withdrawal of claims for refugee status (26/07/1999)

1. Claimants who wish to withdraw their claim for refugee status before a decision is made, may do so at any time by notifying the RSB in writing.
2. In such cases, the RSB will give the claimant, or the claimant's representative, written confirmation of the withdrawal.
