C3.20 Determining the claim (26/07/1999)

The refugee status officer should determine the claim as speedily as possible, ideally within one or 2 working days:

1. of receiving submissions or comments on the interview report, or
2. (if there are no submissions or comments) of being notified that there are no submissions or comments, or
3. (if there is no report) of the interview itself.
