W3.60 Show judges and sports referees (26/07/1999)

1. People invited to New Zealand as judges of shows, displays or exhibitions, or as referees of sports events, may be issued with work visas authorising a permit for the length of their engagement, whether it is a single event or a series of events.
2. Visa and immigration officers must be satisfied that in place of a job offer the applicant has a written invitation or a schedule of events from the organisers.
